Cozyroomz (hereinafter referred to as “we”) has formulated this order cancellation policy in accordance with Australian laws to protect your legitimate shopping rights. We will handle order cancellation matters in a convenient and fair manner to help ensure a smooth and worry-free online shopping experience.
1. Order Cancellation Conditions
You can directly request to cancel the order if it is within 48 hours after placing the order, and the order has not yet been shipped. If more than 48 hours have passed after placing the order or the order has already been shipped, you cannot directly cancel the order. 2. Order Cancellation Process

- Our customer service team will process your request within 1-3 business days and notify you of the results via your provided contact details. If the cancellation request is approved, we will arrange for a refund.
3. Refund Method
The refund will be issued back to the payment card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for the original payment. Depending on the processing efficiency of different banks, we expect the refund to be credited within 10-15 business days. 4. Liability Statement
- If the cancellation is due to system failures or information display errors on our part, we will take responsibility and prioritize processing your cancellation request, accelerating the refund process;
- If you submit a cancellation request within 48 hours, but the cancellation is delayed due to customer service processing delays, we will promptly verify the situation and coordinate to resolve the issue without holding you responsible for any delay caused by processing issues;
- If you submit an incorrect cancellation request due to operational errors or need to supplement application materials, you can contact customer service at any time to explain the situation. We will assist you in correcting or supplementing the information and will not reject your reasonable request;
- If the cancellation process is delayed due to force majeure factors (such as system maintenance, natural disasters, traffic control, etc.), we will promptly notify you through official channels and proceed with processing as soon as the force majeure situation is resolved, without you bearing any responsibility for the delay;
- If the refund processing time exceeds the expected timeframe due to bank system delays, we will fully assist you in communicating with the bank, providing necessary order and refund proof materials to help resolve the issue.
